Partnership Hires Sam Hoyle As Media Relations Manager

GREATER DES MOINES, IA (Aug. 15, 2017) – Sam Hoyle has been named the Media Relations Manager for the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Hoyle will work with local, national and international media to share Greater Des Moines’ (DSM’s) story with worldwide audiences.

Hoyle most recently worked as a Media Specialist at Iowa Donor Network, where he has served since 2015 promoting the Iowa Organ Donor Registry. While at Iowa Donor Network, Hoyle won a national Telly Award given to honor excellence in video and television across all screens. Previously, he worked as a Multimedia Producer at WHO-HD Channel 13 News.

Hoyle is originally from the United Kingdom. He moved to DSM from Asia in 2012. He is involved in the DSM community and currently serves on the Executive Board of Social Media Club Des Moines. He and his wife, Kaylie, are small business owners operating Two Hoyles Photography.

Hoyle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master of Arts degree at King’s College London. Hoyle begins his role at The Partnership on Aug. 28.
