Greater Des Moines Partnership Hires Tiffany Tauscheck to Lead Communications and Marketing

Marketing executive and well-known community champion Tiffany Tauscheck has been named Chief Communications Officer of the Greater Des Moines Partnership. In this role, Tauscheck will lead the communications and marketing strategies in support of the Partnership’s mission to drive regional economic and community development in Greater Des Moines (DSM).

Tauscheck comes to the Partnership from the Greater Des Moines Convention & Visitors Bureau and Des Moines Area Sports Commission where she served as Vice President of Marketing and Development.  Prior to that she had successful careers in radio promotion and television news and has been recognized both nationally and locally for her professional achievements.

Tauscheck attended Drake University and has a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. Her lengthy list of accomplishments include being named one of the nation’s “Forty Under 40” in the non-profit/association industry by USAE; named first-ever “Meredith Corporation Emerging Woman of Influence” by the Des Moines Business Record; named first female Young Professional of the Year by JUICE Magazine; graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute; selected for the Business Record’s “Forty Under 40”; appointed to the Governor’s Council on National Service; serves on the Certified Destination Management Executive task force for Destination Marketing Association International, is a member of Nexus, and serves on several additional community boards and committees.

Tauscheck’s start date with The Partnership is May 29.
