Adel Partners Chamber Of Commerce Joins Greater Des Moines Partnership

The Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce has joined the Greater Des Moines Partnership as an Affiliate Chamber. The Adel Partners Chamber has 140 Business Members, all of which automatically become Regional Business Members of The Partnership. The Adel Partners Chamber joins 21 fellow Affiliate Chamber Members from throughout Greater Des Moines (DSM) and extends the regional business community of The Partnership to more than 5,800 businesses.

“This is an exciting day for the Chamber and the Adel Community,” said Deb Bengtson, Director of the Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce. “Our Chamber strives to increase the quality of life and foster economic development in the Adel area, and I am confident that joining The Partnership will further help us achieve those goals.”

Under The Partnership’s regional member model, business members of The Partnership have access to a wide range of tools to help their business and workforce grow. Some member advantages include:

  • Business resources, including a regional “buy local” program, professional development and webinars.
  • Regional networking opportunities which include Business to Business forums and Regional Business After Hours events.
  • Regional advocacy at the federal, state and local levels to advance policies that contribute to a positive business climate.
  • Marketing tools, including exporting assistance and a listing in the online Regional Business Directory.
  • Workforce recruitment assistance, including an online job and resume database.

The Affiliate Chambers' programming elevates the voice of small business and creates local connections for regional members to access other local businesses and the community at large.

The Adel Partners Chamber will also utilize the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s economic development services. The Partnership’s Regional Economic Development team will assist the community on business expansion and relocation projects from outside the region.
