Science of Chocolate

Love chocolate? Ever wondered what actually makes it so irresistible? This hands-on class at the Botanical Garden dives into the science, chemistry and botanical story behind chocolate, from bean to bar. You’ll sample different varieties, learn about cacao plants and leave with a whole new appreciation for your favorite treat. It’s part science class, part flavor adventure and 100% fun. Perfect for date night, Galentine’s or treating yourself. This one’s for ages 12+ and registration is required. $25.50 for members and $30 for nonmembers. You don’t want to miss it!

The Snow Ball
