Downtown Farmers' Market
The Downtown Farmers’ Market has returned for its 2021 season. The Market takes place each Saturday through the end of October in the center of Downtown Des Moines’ (DSM's) Historic Court District.
The Market now includes ready-to-eat prepared food vendors and has increased its capacity to host 165 on-site vendors. All participating vendors will be rotated into The Market throughout the remainder of the 2021 Season. The Market will continue to focus on providing fresh produce, meat, cheese, eggs, baked goods, plants, flowers and artisan packaged food, handmade art and ready-to-eat prepared food to the community in a safe way.
The Market will follow COVID-19 regulations and guidelines. Per the latest CDC guidelines, masks will be optional for Downtown Farmers' Market attendees and vendors. The Market will continuously reevaluate protocols and programming throughout the season in response to the fluctuating COVID-19 virus infection levels and vaccination rates.
Thank you for your continued support of the Downtown Farmers' Market.
