Description

We are offering a self-defense class to provide you the skills and confidence needed to react to the world around you. In this class, we will focus on: Awareness – Personal safety at home and away Tactics – Mindset and mental training Techniques – Basic escapes and physical maneuvers The class will be 90 minutes in length. There is no experience necessary. We ask that participants are 14 years or older. The class is led by Ken Pilch, who is the Chief of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Pilch is a state certified defensive tactics instructor and firearms instructor, training fellow law enforcement officers in street combat skills necessary for survival.
