Join the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden and the Iowa Asian Alliance in celebrating the importance of diversity in our community and honoring Governor Robert D. Ray and his commitment to endangered refugees. Explore the updated and expanded gardens, while learning about the five refugee communities first welcomed by Governor Ray. A brief program will begin at 3:30. Refreshments available.
