Suit up in your favorite red flannel attire and help support the YMCA’s mission to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all! The Red Flannel Run is the longest, consecutively-produced race in Downtown Des Moines (DSM). This is year 36! Join us this year for the 5K, 10K or 1-Mile Family Fun Run! There is something for everyone, even your dogs can join in on the fun! There will be refreshments after the event and time to mingle with others in the community. We can't wait to see you there! EMBRACE THE COLD. RUN THE RACE. SUPPORT THE CAUSE.
