8 Week Sessions
Tae Kwon Do, a Korean form of martial arts, is one of the most practiced martial arts in the Western World. Tae Kwon Do teaches perseverance, honesty, integrity, respect and self-control. You will learn skills from an instructor with decades of experience, that will permeate through all aspects of your life.
Beginner classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. Advanced classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Hapkido: “The Way of Coordinated Power”
is a soft-style martial art which integrates joint locks, pressure points, kicks and strikes for a complete system of self-defense. It is strictly defensive.
Meditation and proper breathing are taught. Students will learn how to focus and utilize “ki” (internal energy). By focusing their ki, a student gains power and strength.
Hapkido classes help instill confidence, disciple, respect, honor and perseverance along with the practical skills needed to survive a real world situation.
Classes are Tuesday, Thursday at 11:30 a.m. and Monday, Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and you can attend at the times convenient for you.

Pricing Information
Beginner TKD- $40 for members; $80 for non-members. Advanced TKD & Hapkido- $60 for members; $120 for non-members
