Join Mainframe Studios for an open studio event celebrating all things clay! CERAMICS INSTALLATIONS / Specialty installations of new work by Mainframe ceramic artists including Judy Goodwin, Diane Hayes, Linda Lewis, Emily MacFarland, and Marion Nehmer. CENTRAL ACADEMY / The Central Academy pottery program brings 5 young potters to showcase their explorations in ceramics. Proceeds from sales of their work support Central Academy Ceramics. OPEN STUDIOS / Tour four floors of artist studios, and get your local holiday shopping done. LIVE JAZZ / Start dancing! We'll have performances from NOLA Jazz Band in partnership with Civic Music Association. FESTIVE ACTIVITIES / Join City Sounds for festive karaoke in studio #LL14, and The Blok DSM in #101 for a live clay throwing demonstration. This event is FREE, FAMILY FRIENDLY, and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Masks are encouraged.
