Join us for a professional development opportunity in Downtown Des Moines (DSM). Lunch is on us! Many companies have switched to a more flexible work environment since the pandemic, which has required us to learn how to lead differently. With some associates working fully remote, others adopting a hybrid schedule, and some remaining in the office full-time, we’ve had to adapt. In this Learn@Lunch session, Nationwide executive Matt Winkleman will highlight some of the best practices and lessons learned from his experience leading in a changing workplace environment. Matt Winkleman is the Associate Vice President of Sales and Agency Compensation at Nationwide, one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Upper Iowa University and an MBA from Iowa State University, where he serves on the MBA Executive Advisory Council. Matt is a certified chartered private risk and insurance advisor (CPRIA).
