Iowa Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma Walk and Family Day. Scleroderma is an autoimmune disease with no cure. We will be having a mile walk, music, snacks and drinks, silent auction and raffle. Family event. Free admission. T-shirts to support cause and patients $25.
