Description
Central Presbyterian Church, 3829 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, is hosting a rummage sale the last weekend in August, with proceeds to purchase critical medical supplies for Our Sister Parish medical delegation to deliver to Berlín, El Salvador in October 2018.
Congregation members have decluttered, downsized and eliminated the BEST, QUALITY items from their homes, townhouses and condos. You might find a few treasures among our spring cleaning castoffs and empty nester donations. Come, shop our lower level and tent bargains to see what we have:

NOTE: we do not carry clothes for babies, kids or adults.
So, come see Central's trove of treasures, Friday, August 24, 7am-6pm and Saturday, August 25, 8am-2pm. New this year will be multiple tents in the church's north parking lot for furniture, plant sale, a bistro and a special Sip 'n Shop preview event will be held Thursday night, August 23, from 4 to 7pm!
This fundraising effort is timely and important for the residents of this El Salvador community. Our Sister Parish mission is a partnership ministry of the Presbytery of Des Moines, which Central supports.
