Experience the Garden using ALL of your senses at our Seasonal Forest Bathing Series with Intertwined Iowa. Known for its restorative, relaxing benefits and increasing cognitive functioning. Each session will end with a nature-based tea ceremony. Guided forest bathing walks are appropriate for all ages and abilities. Sign up for one, or all the sessions in this series and experience the Garden through the seasons. Enjoy complimentary admission to the Garden included with event registration! AND enjoy the Garden a full hour before it opens to the public during this morning experience! Ages 18+.
