Description

The largest and most successful home show in Central Iowa, the Des Moines Home + Garden Show, returns to the Iowa Events Center for four days. From Thursday, Feb. 22 through Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024,  the event will showcase stunning garden displays, a vibrant marketplace of shopping for home-related products and services and informative presentations from renowned local home professionals, and industry experts. Highlights of the 2024 Des Moines Home + Garden Show include:

• Featured Celebrities on the Rose Farm Inspiration Stage Ati Williams – Netflix’s “Hack My Home” and HGTV’s “DC Flippers” on Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at Noon
• Patric Richardson – The Laundry Guy on Thursday at 6 p.m., Friday at 5 p.m.

Explore seven featured gardens at the Des Moines Home + Garden Show created by local landscapers. The Rose Farm Inspiration Stage with DIY Experts and Celebrities will include presentations like Farm-to-Table Dinners with award-winning chefs, The Art of Pie Making, Farm School for Kids and All Things Floral. It’s Always Happy Hour at the Potting Bar! Get your hands dirty while creating your own beautiful potted plant with Art Terrarium. The Made in Iowa Market showcases products made with love right here in Iowa by local exhibitors. Attend on Promotional Theme Days: Hero Day is Thursday, Feb. 22 and includes FREE admission for all active military personnel, veterans, firefighters, police officers, medical professionals and other first responders with valid ID. Teacher Day is Sunday, Feb. 25 and includes FREE admission to all educators with a valid ID.
