Cooper DeJean, professional football star and Odebolt, Iowa native, and Octane Sports have teamed up to host an All-Star Charity Softball Game! All the proceeds from the special ticket package, auction and a portion of the overall ticket sales for the game will go to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. DeJean will be the captain of one of the softball teams. His former college teammate, fellow pro football player and Ankeny native Riley Moss will captain the other team. DeJean will be joined by AJ Brown, Reed Blankenship and Isaiah Rodgers. Moss will be joined by Bo Nix, Will Lutz, Alex Singleton and Mike McGlinchey. Also to participate are Jay Higgins, CJ Beathard and Avonte Maddox. A memorabilia auction will take place on the concourse of Principal Park.
