A one-of-a-kind comedy event in a premier yet intimate venue, Underground Comedy presents The Comedy Penthouse. Featuring always fresh, top-notch talent and creative food and drink menus with a touch of class, this curated show is the comedy connoisseurs’ choice every month! This month's headliner is the outstanding Max Power! Max Power lives, laughs and loves in Ames, IA where she is a founding member of the PunchUp comedy collective. She also drums for the band Petty Cash and MCs pun battles, roller derby bouts and events at her backyard venue, the Fun Dumpster. With Max are features David Kousgaard, Breanna Kalhorn, Uncle Marky and host Gideon Hambright. Select food and drinks available for purchase during the show. See the show on Thursday Aug. 21, 2025.
