Join the Iowa History Book Club for a discussion about "Equal Before the Law: How Iowa Led Americans to Marriage Equality" by Marc Hansen and Tom Witosky. Hosted by Annals of Iowa Editor Andrew Klumpp and Witosky, this discussion explores the 2009 Iowa Supreme Court's unanimous decision that made Iowa the third state in the nation to permit same-sex couples to wed. The Iowa History Book Club is presented as part of Iowa's commemoration of 175 years of statehood. #Iowa175
