Description

Join Andrew Klumpp, editor of The Annals of Iowa, as he discusses how Iowa's longest-running history journal has chronicled the deeds, misdeeds and accomplishments of Iowans from the past. He'll discuss the journal's own 158-year history, its most popular and influential articles, and a few ways the journal will mark Iowa's 175th anniversary. The online presentation is part of the "Iowa History 101" series offered by the State Historical Society of Iowa to commemorate Iowa's 175th year of statehood. The event is free and will be recorded, but registration is required.
