West Des Moines Schools Community Education Youth Entrepreneur Camp will visit Historic Valley Junction on Monday, July 30 to meet and learn from successful entrepreneurs.
Campers will arrive in Valley Junction at 11:45 a.m. and will tour Morriseey Fine Jewelry, The Theatrical Shop, Polk County West Side Community Center and the Historic Valley Junction Foundation where they will experience hands-on entrepreneurship through a variety of interactive activities, guest speakers, and tours of these local business! Students will learn how to make money doing something that they love. They will wrap up their visit at The Green Grounds Café where they will participate in a cookie bake-off.
