A Night at the Ballpark: Chamber Night with the Iowa Cubs Set For June 24

GREATER DES MOINES, IA (May 15, 2025) – Join the Greater Des Moines Partnership and its 24 Affiliate Chambers of Commerce for a pre-game tailgate and Iowa Cubs baseball game on Tuesday, June 24.  

The tailgate will take place beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the southwest corner of lot two at Principal Park. Attendees can network with Chamber Members from across the Greater Des Moines region (DSM) and enjoy a tailgate meal on a first come, first served basis. The Iowa Cubs will take on the Columbus Clippers at 6:38 p.m. Seating is general admission. 

"Chamber Night with the Iowa Cubs is a great opportunity for Affiliate Chamber Members from across the region to come together for a night of building connections, tailgating and supporting the Iowa Cubs,” said Alex Lynch, Director of Regional Community Integration at The Partnership. “We value the opportunity to spend time with our Affiliates and their families as we celebrate regional collaboration in a relaxed, family-friendly summer environment.” 

This event is supported by the Iowa Pork Producers Association.
