Take part in a day-long revenue acceleration workshop so you can learn how to establish predictable sales growth for your small business or startup. Hosted by local entrepreneurs Kaylee Williams and Clair Williams-Vara, the Sales for Startups Workshop will focus on how to build, grow and optimize a B2B SaaS funnel during its upcoming sessions on Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 8:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Schedule

During the “Build” session of the workshop, attendees will focus on creating a sales funnel, lead generation, choosing a tech stack, training and perfecting the SDR workflow and solution selling. Building your sales team, learning how to structure compensation and KPI’s for that team and working in harmony will be the subject of the “Grow” session. Finally, learn how to develop reports, track revenue, upsell and about the mental health and productivity connection during the “Optimize” session.

Featured Speakers

The event will feature Andrew Kirpalani, CTO and Co-Founder of WorkHound, Mollie Bodensteiner, Global Revenue at Deel, Sommer Sharon, Founder of Sound Science Soul, and Brad Williams, Sales Professional and Expert, as featured speakers. Kirpalani has nearly two decades of development and product management experience across industries, while Bodensteiner’s demonstrated track record of utilizing technology to support operational processes has directly contributed to the industry-shattering revenue growth at Deel.

A light continental breakfast, lunch and light refreshments will be provided at the event and free parking vouchers will be available for the Greater Des Moines Partnership Building parking ramp.
