Partnership Announces Third Cohort of DEI Management Certification Program Honorees

GREATER DES MOINES, IA (Nov. 12, 2024) – The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced the honorees of the third cohort of the DEI Management Certification Program. The program is delivered through a partnership between The Partnership and Des Moines-based Schabel Solutions Inc. 

Participants of the series took part in informative eLearning modules followed by facilitator-led discussions intended to foster healthy self-reflection, greater self-awareness and productive behavior change. Through the series, participants gained a deeper understanding of the role they can play in fostering a more inclusive environment and how to build and sustain successful workforces, workplaces and marketplace outcomes through enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion effectively within organizations.
