It’s a really tough time right now. The American Psychiatric Association’s recent study showed 36% of Americans believe coronavirus has a serious impact on their mental health and 59% feel it makes a serious impact on their day-to-day lives.

Navigate has two free resources that we’re sharing for anyone who needs it right now.
