Celebrate One Year with Elevator Co-Warehousing in Downtown Des Moines

One year ago, Elevator Co-Warehousing opened its doors in Downtown Des Moines (DSM) with a vision of creating a space where entrepreneurs could grow their businesses while being surrounded by a strong and supportive community.

In just one year, Elevator has built an incredible community of entrepreneurs. Our members include e-commerce businesses, estheticians, financial professionals and many other small business owners who are working every day to grow their brands and serve the Des Moines community. While their businesses may be different, they all share a passion for growth, innovation and supporting one another!

Elevator was created to be more than just a workspace. We wanted to build a community where entrepreneurs could connect, collaborate and feel supported throughout their business journey. Over the past year, we’ve seen members share ideas, celebrate wins and help each other navigate challenges. That sense of community has become one of the most special parts of Elevator.

We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from the Des Moines community throughout our first year. From members who believed in our vision to local supporters who have attended events, toured our space and helped spread the word, this growth would not have been possible without you.

That’s why we are so excited to host our upcoming open house on Thursday, May 14, 2026 starting at 5 p.m.! This event is a chance to celebrate how much Elevator has grown in just one year and to open our doors to the Des Moines community. We want people to see what we’ve built, meet the amazing businesses that call Elevator home and learn more about the opportunities within our space.

This open house is also our way of saying thank you. Thank you to our members, partners and supporters who have helped us grow over the past year. We are proud of what we’ve built together, and we know this is only the beginning.

We can’t wait to welcome the Des Moines community into our space and celebrate this milestone with everyone who has been part of our journey!
