Daphne Dickens

Daphne Dickens is the production and program manager for the Des Moines Arts Festival®. Her previous experiences include radio promotion and nonprofit event fundraising. She lives in Greater Des Moines (DSM) with her husband, Luke, and mini-aussie, Earl.
