Dave Diers

Dave is an entrepreneur that specializes in coordinating and executing local events in Greater Des Moines (DSM). He has conceived of and founded Hoops and Hops at Cowles Commons, Touchdown Tailgate for the Iowa vs. Iowa State football game Downtown, and the Iowa Curling Cup at Buc’s Arena.  After more than 20 years in Charlotte, NC where he started Pro Performance Marketing and developed marketing efforts for First USA, Rolling Stone Magazine, Texas Instruments, Chase, Citicorp, and various other clients, he moved back to DSM to be closer to family.
