Mark Miller

Mark Miller was the city clerk finance director in Pleasant Hill from 1978 to 1988 and then became Norwalk’s city administrator from 1988 to 2012. He now is the Senior advisor for the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). Mark, along with a few others, started the chamber of commerce in 1992, and this is his second occurrence serving as president of the board. He and his wife, Michele, have three grandchildren.
