Kelsey Clark

Kelsey Clark has a background in nonprofit operations, associations and other membership-based organizations. Clark has been a government relations specialist, policy analyst and advocacy coordinator. She has strong leadership, communications, outreach and organizing talents. Clark earned both her bachelor’s and law degrees from Drake University in Greater Des Moines (DSM). Her legal education was focused around state and local government, administrative regulations and public policy. She was a member of her city's planning and zoning committee for several years and serves on a number of other boards, councils and committees.
