Meet the Executive Director/President

Erin Milroy, President Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce

Erin Milroy has more than 15 years of experience working at her family-owned business in Adel, where she has held key roles spanning program management, project management, operations/HR and international sales. Her professional background, combined with deep roots in the community, positions her to lead the Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce with both insight and purpose.

Encouraged to apply for the role, Erin was drawn to the opportunity to continue making Adel her place of work and to contribute meaningfully to the community. She loves the opportunities that small businesses bring, enjoys engaging in the cultural arts and “tails” experiences that make Adel unique and is committed to strengthening the community so it can grow in stride.

Erin officially stepped into the presidency in 2025, succeeding Deb Bengtson, and has already hit the ground running. Under her leadership, the Chamber has launched the “Bridge Us Back” campaign to raise $100,000 for restoration of Adel’s iconic lighted bridge — a project that builds on her collaborative and hands-on approach to community-driven initiatives.
