Mike spends his days coaching, mentoring, consulting and asking tough questions to help entrepreneurs reach their full potential.


Charise Flynn

Charise Flynn is the owner of C. Results, LLC, where she consults in strategic planning, executive leadership, operational execution and raising capital. Most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Dwolla, Charise established and led teams in the areas of legal, compliance, risk, customer support, human resources and finance.


Chris Sackett

Chris has practiced law for more than twenty years, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, angel, venture capital, and private equity funded companies and related transactions. Chris was recognized by Chambers USA® as a leading practitioner in corporate/mergers, acquisitions and business law and selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in the area of business organizations.


J.D. Geneser

J.D. Geneser is a Senior Partner and Shareholder with LWBJ Capital Advidors, LLC. J.D. delivers more than 30 years of leadership experience in business and financial operations. Tej Dhawan
