Part of a larger development, the available area includes 177 acres with parcels ranging in size from 13 to 65 acres.  In addition to its convenient access to Interstate travel, the Ankeny Regional Airport — which includes a fixed-based operator and 5,500-foot runway used for private general aviation — is within a few miles, and the Des Moines International Airport is located within 25 miles.
