Perry Industrial Park is a State of Iowa Certified Site offering approximately 134 acres of certified, development-ready land for industrial and advanced manufacturing projects. As a certified site, the Perry Industrial Park has had all surveys completed as well as placed all necessary utility infrastructure including gig-ready fiber optics.
With access to four-lane Highway 141, the site is approximately 25 minutes from I-35 and I-80, major national transportation corridors. The site supports efficient inbound and outbound logistics while remaining outside major metro congestion. Perry Industrial Park is ideal for manufacturing or distribution users in a cost-competitive, non-metro setting with access to utilities and a strong regional workforce.
