Site Information
The Marshalltown Industrial Site is a State of Iowa Certified Site, encompassing approximately 95 acres of development-ready land for industrial and manufacturing uses. The Marshalltown community is perfectly positioned in the center of Iowa and in the Greater Des Moines region with ready access to 4-lane Highway 30.
The site is well suited for industries such as advanced manufacturing and food production, including a 24-inch water main located along the south property line and a 30-inch sewer main along the west side of the property. On the east side of the site is a 34.5 kV electric transmission line that is scheduled to be upgraded to 69 kV in 2026. Advantages of the site include a non-metro location, competitive development costs and access to an established manufacturing workforce.
