Strategically positioned with frontage along 4 four lane Highway 65 (Hubbell Avenue) and less than 2.2 miles from Interstate 80, the site offers exceptional regional and national connectivity for advanced manufacturing, logistics, food processing and other light industrial users.
Nearly all of the acreage is developable, supported by robust existing and planned infrastructure. A 12-inch water main and 36-inch regional sanitary trunk sewer lie adjacent to the site, while three-phase electrical distribution and high-pressure natural gas are immediately accessible along NE Hubbell Avenue.
