The Dreher Land site is located along 5th Street in Adair, Iowa, on the northeast corner of Exit 76, Interstate 80. The 33.95 acre site is zoned primarily for general commercial use. It is within a half-mile of both Interstate 80 and rail access. Additionally, the Des Moines International Airport is about 1 hour from the site.
