I can't begin to tell you how many entrepreneurs form a corporation, raise money, get a board in place and then figure out that they do not know anything about how corporate governance works. Things like who makes what decision, what is the hierarchy of decision making, and when do I have to ask for board approval? This is not the time to learn all this.
