Enacting Forward-Thinking Energy Policy to Attract Companies to DSM

Chaz Allen, Executive Director of the Iowa Utility Association (IUA), and Mike Fehr, Senior Vice President of Renewable Generation and Compliance at MidAmerican Energy Company, discuss energy policy for water, gas, electricity and more.
