ORDINARIUS, Brazil's award-winning contemporary vocal group, will be making their U.S. debut in January 2019. With vibrant harmonies set to tropical rhythms and a joyous stage show, ORDINARIUS has breathed new life into Brazil's most beloved songs. They first achieved recognition for their updated arrangements of traditional choros. Their current show focuses on the songs of Carmen Miranda, and the creative costumes and staging that made Carmen an unforgettable star and larger-than-life personality throughout North America.
ORDINARIUS features three female and three male singers, backed by a hand percussionist. Primarily an a capella group, they also use guitar and ukulele to round out their sound. All their complex, multi-layered arrangements are the work of group founder and primary male vocalist, Augusto Ordine. His use of dynamics and a wide range of tone colors has made ORDINARIUS' sound truly unique.

Quality is timeless. Just ask THE HOT SARDINES.
In the talented hands of the New York-based ensemble, music first made famous decades ago comes alive through their brassy horn arrangements, rollicking piano melodies, and vocals from a chanteuse who transports listeners to a different era with the mere lilt of her voice. “On French Fries & Champagne,” THE HOT SARDINES’ new album for Universal Music Classics, the jazz collective broadens its already impressive palette, combining covers and originals as they effortlessly channel New York speakeasies, Parisian cabarets and New Orleans jazz halls.
THE HOT SARDINES’ self-titled debut album, named by iTunes as one of the best jazz albums of 2014, spent more than a year on the Billboard Jazz Chart, debuting in the top 10 alongside Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga. The accolades began pouring in for the band: Down Beat Magazine called them “one of the most delightfully energetic bands on New York’s ‘hot’ music scene,” while The London Times praised their “crisp musicianship” and “immaculate and witty showmanship,” declaring them “simply phenomenal.”

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and guitarist RAÚL MIDÓN has earned renown as one of music’s most distinctive and searching voices —“a one-man band… who is spiritually connected,” according to The New York Times, and “an eclectic adventurist,” in the words of People magazine.
The New Mexico native has released eight albums since 1999, including the acclaimed studio productions “Don’t Hesitate” (Mack Avenue/Artistry, 2014), “Synthesis” (Decca/Universal, 2009), “A World Within a World” (Manhattan/EMI, 2007) and “State of Mind” (Manhattan/EMI, 2005). Midón’s questing musicality makes him, as the Huffington Post put it, “a free man beyond category.” Attesting to his enduring ambitions is Midón’s ninth studio album, “Bad Ass and Blind,” released via Mack Avenue/Artistry Music on March 24, 2017.

RIDERS IN THE SKY are truly exceptional. By definition, empirical data, and critical acclaim, they stand "hats & shoulders" above the rest of the purveyors of C & W - "Comedy & Western!"
For more than thirty years, RIDERS IN THE SKY have been keepers of the flame passed on by the Sons of the Pioneers, Gene Autry and Roy Rogers, reviving and revitalizing the genre. While remaining true to the integrity of Western music, they have themselves become modern-day icons by branding the genre with their own legendary wacky humor and way-out Western wit, and all along encouraging buckaroos and buckarettes to live life "The Cowboy Way!"

With glowing endorsements from the likes of Quincy Jones, The New Yorker and NPR, Los Angeles based KATIE THIROUX has clearly established herself as one of the most exciting and in demand musicians today. Thiroux’s unique gift of simultaneously balancing sultry vocals and virtuosic bass playing leaves audiences worldwide in awe. Her most recent album, “Off Beat,” from Grammy-nominated label, Capri Records, collected rave reviews and was awarded a “Best Album Of 2017” by DownBeat Magazine.
With a long list of accolades that looks like a seasoned veteran, the 30 year old triple threat is full steam ahead with a busy international touring schedule and new projects in the works. Lending contemporary flair to mainstream stylings, Thiroux carries on the hard-swinging tradition of such bass masters as Ray Brown and John Clayton, while channeling the buoyant vocal finesse of iconic singers including Anita O’Day, Chet Baker and Ella Fitzgerald. Thiroux offers in-the-moment jazz that draws upon the rich history of the music, from swing to bebop and beyond.
In the words of music icon Quincy Jones, “This girl is IT!”
