Each week, we ask Downtown Farmers’ Market shoppers: “What’s in Your Bag?” Shoppers share what local ingredients they have purchased from their favorite vendors. Check out their purchases below!

Ryan, Wesley + Jesse

Ryan, Wesley and Jesse from the restaurant Proof in Downtown Des Moines (DSM) were at The Market today and we asked them “What’s In Your Bag?” So far today they have bought?produce from Grade A Gardens and Prairie Lake Acres including dill flowers, lovage flowers, turnips, radishes, red and yellow beets, summer squash and zucchini with blossoms and rainbow chard. We gave them a reusable Market bag and you can get one too if we stop and ask you “What’s In Your Bag?” Saturdays from 7 a.m. – Noon!
