YPC's Nonprofit Month

Young Professionals Connection (YPC) is about engaging young professionals and helping them find their link to the community. One of the ways we do this is through charitable endeavors. In September, YPC focuses on the importance of those endeavors with Nonprofit Month. This year, we are hosting a slew of events to celebrate giving back to the Greater Des Moines (DSM) community. This is a great opportunity to get involved, learn something new, and make a difference!

Inside the Vault (Monday, Sept. 10)

Join us to celebrate Nonprofit Month at Banker's Trust. We will hear from Suku Radia, CEO and president of Banker's Trust and one of Des Moines' foremost leaders, and go inside the Banker's Trust vault. Spots are already full! 

Nonprofit Forum (Thursday, Sept. 20)

Find your heart in Des Moines at the 3rd annual YPC Nonprofit Forum. Fifty nonprofits from around Des Moines will be on hand to share information and tell you how to get involved! 

Connect to your Cause: Get More (Tuesday, Sept. 25)

Meet us at Dos Rios to learn more about fundraising  and discover the tools you have at your disposal to help your organization thrive.

Connect to your Cause: Do More (Thursday, Sept. 27)

If you are interested in serving on a nonprofit board, this is the event for you. Learn how you can help lead a charitable organization and why people like you are vital to any charitable organization.
