Partnership Launches DSM Employment Ready Podcast
GREATER DES MOINES, IA (April 10, 2020) – The Greater Des Moines Partnership has launched a new DSM Employment Ready podcast. The podcast series is designed to help the Greater Des Moines (DSM) workforce learn tools, tips and techniques to increase employability value and become the employee they want to be. The series will help employees find resources to improve their talent skillset and competencies.
The first podcast of the series features Brian Berry with Palmer Group. Berry focuses on helping listeners begin with an essential question: Who do you want to be? He speaks on finding purpose and discovering your passions that bring you happiness and bring value to those around you.
In addition to the podcast series, The Partnership has collaborated with Palmer Group to share a daily employment tip on social media as advised by employment experts. View a blog post written by Dave Leto, President of Palmer Group, with a number of the tips that will be shared.

New podcasts will be published at least once per week and can be found on The Partnership’s website.
