St. Vincent de Paul is keeping busy creating opportunities through employment support programming and events. Here are the latest offerings to help connect and improve individuals' employability and assist in connecting people with positions at Greater Des Moines (DSM) businesses and organizations.
St. Vincent de Paul News
- St. Vincent de Paul is currently accepting applications for positions at their thrift stores. Interested candidates can complete the application and drop it off at any St. Vincent de Paul location.
- Education Center: The St. Vincent de Paul Education Center, located on the second floor of 1426 Sixth Ave. in Des Moines. Community members can utilize computers to check email or look for jobs at no cost.
- Promoting Opportunity for Parents Program (POPP) St. Vincent de Paul will be offering classes to support parents who must fulfill child support obligations. POPP offers certain incentives to eligible class participants whose child support includes a balance owed to the State of Iowa.
