The EOS® Experience

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS ®) combines timeless business principles with a set of simple, practical, real-world tools to help entrepreneurs get what they want out of their businesses. Created by an entrepreneur, the system is so successful at defining company goals, enhancing employee engagement and providing a measurement on how to positively change a business, it’s useful in nearly every organizational setting.

Slated for 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 12 at the Iowa Events Center, The EOS® Experience will ease you and your leadership team into a better understanding of EOS®. The morning program will consist of a workshop conducted by  Gino Wickman who is the mastermind behind EOS® and has thrived at understanding how businesses tick.  In the afternoon, you and your team will hear from a panel of local leaders whose firms have adopted EOS®.  Some things you can expect to learn:
