Experience the World in Downtown DSM
The World Food & Music Festival, presented by Veridian Credit Union, returns to Western Gateway Park in Downtown Des Moines (DSM) Aug. 28-30, 2026.
This free three-day Festival brings together international cuisine, live music, cultural experiences and interactive activities that celebrate the diversity of Greater Des Moines.
More than 90,000 people attended The Festival in 2025, making it one of the region's most anticipated annual events. From food vendors and cultural performances to family-friendly activities and special programming, The Festival creates opportunities to discover new experiences and connect with others through food, music and culture.

Friday, Aug. 28 | 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 29 | 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 30 | 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
