This Week at The Market: Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026
This week's Downtown Farmers' Market presented by Unitypoint Health will welcome Opening Bell Ringer MidAmerican Energy Foundation at the start of The Market. Start your day at 8 a.m. at the corner of 3rd and Court in Downtown Des Moines (DSM). UnityPoint Health will also be onsite with team members from Mammography and Radiology. Stop by the UnityPoint Health booth to learn more.
Mark your calendar for the final Downtown Farmers' Market of the season on Saturday, Oct. 31 — it will be a Halloween celebration you won't want to miss!

- Chit Chaat N Chai: Try authentic Indian tea and street food at booth 4N-06. This West Des Moines kitchen serves up delicious vegetarian appetizers, desserts, curries, chutneys and more.
- Crooked Gap Farm: From this 40-acre farm, find 100% grassfed beef and lamb cuts, pork and more. Stop by and say hello at booth 2S-02.
- Gunn's Goat Milk Soap: Get to know Gunn's Goat Milk Soap as you gear up for holiday shopping. This Market vendor offers bath bombs, lotions, organic wellness teas and more at booth 4N-04.
- Iowa Wildcraft: Known for natural farming and responsible foraging, Iowa Wildcraft will be at booth 3N-05 this weekend as well as other dates this month. Check out their farmers' market schedule here.
- Mast Family Farm: At booths C-301, C-303, C-305 and C-307, grab some goodies like made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls, cookies jam and more.
- Quilted Gardens Nursery and Landscaping: Fall bulb season continues at The Market, and you can find tulips, daffodils, foxtail lilies, peonies and many others bulbs at booth 4N-14. Buy some this weekend so you'll have colors like this in your garden next spring.
- Zacatecas Western Wear: Visit a family-owned, Iowa business selling leather boots, belts and purses. Stop by booth 4N-07 to snag some western wear this Saturday!
You won't want to miss this week's Spark DSM Vendors either. Located on Court Avenue between Second and Third Streets, check out By Creative Heart, Brooklyn's Designs and Tacos Del Robert.
