Media & Community Advisory: Outlets of Des Moines Presents Fit & Fabulous Health Series
What: During the month of February Outlets of Des Moines, an open-air lifestyle destination in Altoona, Iowa, and the region’s first outlet center will host a Fit & Fabulous Health Series. Events range from health screenings and chair massage to fitness classes and nutrition advice. Each week attendees will be entered to win door prizes. All events are free to attend. No reservations required.
Where: 801 Bass Pro Drive NW, Altoona, Iowa. All events will take place in suite 580 located next to ASICS.
9 a.m. ICE Performance Training Center — Beginner class, age 9+ with an adult.
9:45 a.m. Beefcake Fuel — free samples while supplies last
10 a.m. Mercy Hospital, Blood Pressure Screening on-site
9 a.m. Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping, Bands Class
9:45 a.m. GNC — free samples while supplies last
10 a.m. Athletico, Physical Therapy Screening on-site
9 a.m. ICE Performance Training Center, Warrior Class, age 14+
9:45 a.m. Beefcake Fuel – free samples while supplies last
