Corrin Hatala recently joined the Davis Brown Law Firm as an associate attorney in the Business Division. Corrin is an experienced attorney assisting businesses in every stage, from start-up to expansion through debt and securities placements and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Davis Brown, Corrin practiced at Brown Winick Law Firm for three years.
Corrin serves on the Young Lawyers Division Executive Council of the Iowa State Bar Association and is a member of the 2018-2019 class of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute. Corrin also serves on the Boards of Directors of Polk County Women Attorneys and Eat Greater Des Moines.
Corrin earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Iowa State University where she was editor-in- chief of the award-winning Ethos Magazine. Her law degree is from Drake University Law School where she served as executive editor of the Drake University Law Review.
