You can spend time exploring local history, enjoy an evening surrounded by nature, join in on a community celebration or try something completely unexpected with friends. Farmers’ market season is also picking up steam across the region, making it even easier to fill your calendar with local events.

Suds on Salem Kids’ Foam Party
Friday, May 29, 2026 | West Hill Brewing Co., Indianola
Summer break energy arrives in full force at the Suds on Salem Kids’ Foam Party in Indianola. This family-friendly event brings together local businesses for an evening packed with foam, live music, food, games and plenty of opportunities for kids to burn off some energy. Parents can relax while the kids dive into the foam party fun, and everyone can enjoy food trucks, yard games and live music from Neva Alden. There’s even a root beer garden alongside the beer garden, making sure every age group has something to enjoy. It’s a fun way to kick off summer in Warren County.
