The Partnership Launches Site Readiness Program, DSM RFI Ready, With 16 Available Sites
GREATER DES MOINES, IA (Nov. 9, 2023) – The Greater Des Moines Partnership has launched a site readiness program, DSM RFI Ready, which highlights 16 sites now available to view for those looking to start or grow their business in Greater Des Moines (DSM). DSM RFI Ready identifies development sites in the 11-county region that have documented the most common criteria required when responding to a “Request for Information (RFI)” from site selection consultants and corporate real estate executives from across the country and the world. DSM RFI Ready gives confidence to prospects and allows The Partnership to respond quickly to business growth opportunities.
The sites featured on DSM RFI Ready are prime for development. Users can access the data and information needed to identify the right site. Additionally, The Partnership is available to support, advise and identify incentives for companies that are considering DSM and companies that are ready to make their move.
